Commemorating 25 Years

 

THE ASK

Help Ralph Lauren commemorate its 25th anniversary as a NYSE listed company with a hybrid Investor’s Day hosted at and streamed from the NYSE exchange itself that would reinforce Ralph Lauren’s evolved strategy and highlight its unique brand elements and differentiators.

THE SOLUTION

WITS’ partnered with the Ralph Lauren Corporate Communications group and their Creative Team to define the overall event strategy and attendee experience, which included a fun food truck, a branded coffee cart and elevated gifting. We worked to design a run-of-show that was best for the content and ensured that all leaders were well rehearsed.

On the actual event day itself, our onsite production team ensured that all elements were smoothly delivered. The WITS’ production and platform integration team ensured that in person and virtual attendees could experience the bell ringing that kicked off the day.

From there, rich content was delivered in a series of senior leader presentations which were live streamed for those investor community members who were not able to attend in person. The environmental design included artfully styled product displays, in a space which reflected Ralph Lauren’s elevated luxury standards, helping to enhance the overall attendee experience.
